Thank you for taking an interest in volunteering for this year's Putts for Purity fundraising golf tournament. We know it is a team effort to pull off such an event, so we are asking for 10-12 individuals with a heart for this outreach to volunteer at the tournament.

It is EASY to volunteer! Simply fill out the form below or call our toll free number at 1.800.49.PURITY. You can even email us at volunteer@puttsforpurity.com to express your interest in volunteering. Your name will then be added to our list of volunteers. A reminder email or phone call (whichever you prefer) will be made two weeks prior to the tournament, including all instructions for the date of the event.

Minimum requirements of a Putts for Purity Volunteer:

• Age 16 or older
• Available date of the tournament from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Transportation to and from the golf course
• Friendly enthusiasm for helping people!
